He is the Founder and Principal of The Arroyo Development Group, LLC, in Charlotte, NC. His many projects include Mario’s Italian Restaurant and John’s Place Tavern in Stallings, The Piazza at Bellasera and Bellasera Business Park in Matthews, The Waxhaw Professional Center in Waxhaw, and The Fountains in Charlotte, to name a few. Marcus’s construction experience, backed by his strong credentials, and his proven history will be beneficial to our clients at Ty-Par Commercial Realty. Marcus is a graduate of University of South Florida College of Business Administration. He and his family reside in Waxhaw.
