Apply ONLY if you...

• Possess a NC or SC real estate license
• Possess a level of desire and commitment that will ensure you will put in the work necessary to achieve a significant level of sales success
• Are driven and have within you a burning desire to ramp up to achieve a 6 figure income within 24 months i.e. $50k (Year 1), $125k (Year 2), $? (Year 3) is up to you!
• Possess a level of self-motivation and persistence that will fuel consistent lead generation and prospecting activity (Previous lead generation, prospecting and closing experience a plus)
• Are competitive and 'hate to lose'
• Take personal responsibility for your results-Have the self-confidence necessary to call on and meet with business owners, presidents, CEO's
• Have the ability to quickly establish credibility and are rejection resistant
• Are willing to take Commercial Real Estate Broker assessment - in other words, 'do you have what it takes to be a successful Commercial Real Estate Broker'?'

Pay: $50,000 - $125,000 / Year

Benefits: Referral Program

Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay

Experience Required: 1 year of Real Estate Sales
