Scott Bayer is the Principal and Investment Broker with Multifamily USA, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. His primary market focus is on multifamily and investment sales and new construction projects. Scott built the company in 2012, leading the multifamily team in reaching new heights in sales volume and total deals. He has 20+ years of experience in the sale of urban redevelopment and suburban multifamily sales for all buyer and seller types. Scott oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale contract through funding and closing. Scott has executed over $750 million in investment real estate transactions and has done over $100 million in 2020. Before creating Multifamily USA, Scott worked with NAI Piedmont Triad in investment sales. Scott was also a principal at Ryan Jackson Properties developing multifamily assets in the Triad of North Carolina. Scott has maintained the Power Broker award from CoStar six years in a row, an accomplishment given to only the top broker in their region. Scott also achieved top sales broker in Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point 2020.

In 2005 Peter started his mortgage banker career on Long Island, New York. In 2007 Peter moved to North Carolina. In 2010 Peter began his real estate career, starting with property management and receiving his Commercial Real Estate Licence in 2017. With a combined 16 years of experience in finance, property management, and Commercial Real Estate Peter is a welcomed member of our Multifamily team.
Brandon Bayer obtained his real estate licence in 2017 at the age of 21, since that time Brandon has had great success selling multifamily developments and identifying development locations for Multifamily USA. Brandon has his degree from CPCC and is currently in business school at UNCG obtaining his bachelor’s degree and MBA.
