He has 20+ years of experience in the sale of urban redevelopment and suburban multifamily sales for all buyer and seller types. Scott oversees all aspects of the transaction process from valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, due diligence, and negotiations of the purchase and sale contract through funding and closing. Scott has executed over $750 million in investment real estate transactions and has done over $100 million in 2020. Scott was also a principal at Ryan Jackson Properties developing multifamily assets in the Triad of North Carolina.
